So my Mom didn't like to spoil me unless she was working lots so as I kitten I played with alot of tinfoil balls and string. Then when King stayed with us, his Mom brought tons of toys and I fell in love with his cat tent! I loved it so much that it was able to stay after he left!
Mom likes to laugh at me when I play in my cat tent, she says I look fat.
Mom also keeps saying things like "You know Blair, your tent has alot of holes in it"
I don't care how many holes it has, I'm not giving it up!
Actually now that I think about it, my tent doesn't stay up when I get in it anymore, wires poke through and there are alot of holes. Hmmm I do love my tent, maybe I can get Mom to buy me a brand new one?!

ps. Mom says that Tilt got her name because when her family adopted her from the shelter she tilted her head in an odd way when she walked.

ReplyDeleteOoh, Blair - now Paul is desperate to get a cat tent for Muesli! You know nothing's good enough for his precious little kitty girl - he would buy up every kitty toy known to man if Hsin-Yi let him, - hee! hee!
ReplyDeleteBut actually, so far, both Lemon & Muesli have seemed to like the "free" toys best - like the bits of scrap paper bag scrunched up or a bit of string...!
By the way, Hsin-Yi says she wishes she could bring Muesli over to let you mentor her a bit - she says Muesli is too soft & sweet a kitty and needs to learn a bit more "bad-ass attitude"!! Like I'm still a bit too Obsessive-Interested in her and following her around a bit too much and intimidating her - but although she hisses at me, she never really wallops me! Hsin-Yi says that if she could just sink her claws into my nose once - then that would solve all problems coz then I'd be VERY respectful! Instead of which, Hsin-Yi says she's tired of having to back Muesli up all the time! :-)
